process and the finished product. Any problem we
have had has been dealt with quickly and to the best of your ability. The only problems with
the building process were as much to do
with my inexperience with the process than anything

Oh the back yard is just splendid. Steven did an amazing
job of landscaping and the whole of it is just better
than I could have ever imagined. We are so happy in this
house. Thank you again for the awesome job you guys did
to create it and for your care and great result on our
hardscape. The garage is a work of art! You guys are
the best. I am quite glad to hear that you are staying
busy despite this sketchy economy. You can be assured
that you are ALWAYS the first guy on my list! We will

My wife & I wanted to write to you both to say a "thank
you" for the wonderful renovation work you performed
on our home. As you may recall, we interviewed 3-4 contractors
which were recommended and were from the outset impressed
with your professionalism, willingness to answer all
our questions, and your detailed plan of action. Even
with blueprint changes, additional foundation bracing
and add-ons, the work stayed on schedule. Someone was
always at the site working and both of you were always
available to answer our questions & concerns. Your
company was scrupulous in the details of both the craftsmanship
and the monetary aspect of the job.
The thing that we were most impressed with though, was
the fact that even months after the renovation was complete
and checked off, you were still available to us for minor
incidents that arose. We have recommended Eagle Development
